
I have always been interested in food and its benefits.
When my second child arrived, difficulties led me to look even more closely at the effect it could have on behavior, sleep and overall health.
I was able to realize its negative impact when it is unbalanced, too rich in carbohydrates, as well as all the industrial products that are toxic for the body (sweeteners, coloring agents, flavorings, etc.).
I now wish to use my experience and knowledge to support those of you who wish to understand the positive influence of a good diet, and to help you re-establish the healthiest and most balanced diet possible according to your own needs.
I also practice Ericksonian hypnosis, to accompany you towards a better well-being, towards a greater letting go, with the aim of decreasing your addictions, improving your sleep, and offering you a better emotional balance, as well as a better stress management.
